However, the quality of marinating will also be store-bought. Vinegar and onions (to keep the kebab longer) are the basis of the usual marinated kebab. And then, buying ready-made barbecue is not the most economical way. 1 kilogram of ready-made pork kebab will cost 400-500 rubles. Given that pork can be marinated for barbecue in 1 hour, and the availability of products for marinade, we recommend marinating the barbecue in advance. You will be sure that the meat is marinated with a quality marinade and at the same time it has not been overexposed during storage.

Marinades for pork

For 1 kg of meat
1. Lemon marinade. Half a lemon, a handful of cranberries, 1 tomato: marinate for 6 hours in the refrigerator.

2. Vinegar marinade. Vinegar (per 1 liter – 100 ml of vinegar 9%), half a glass of oil: marinate for 6 hours in the refrigerator.

3. Kefir marinade. Half a liter of kefir 3.2%, 5 onions, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt, pepper and basil – to taste: marinate for 4 hours at room temperature.

4. Wine marinade. Soy sauce (50 ml) and dry white wine (250 ml), salt, pepper and coriander: marinate for 2 hours.

5. Mineral marinade. Mineral water with gas (0.5 liters), 5 onions, salt, pepper and cilantro – to taste: marinate under pressure for 12 hours.

6. Mayonnaise marinade. Mayonnaise – 300 milliliters, 5 onions, salt and pepper – to taste: marinate for 10 hours.

7. Beer marinade. 0.5 light “live” beer, 5 onions, 1 lemon, salt and pepper – to taste: marinate for 5 hours.

8. Tomato marinade. 0.5 liters of tomato juice, 5 onions, salt, pepper and coriander – to taste: marinate for 6 hours.

9. Soy marinade. 1/2 cup soy sauce, juice of 1 lime, 2 tablespoons honey, 5 garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons olive oil: Marinate 10 hours.
