How to cook pig brains?

Soak the pig brains in cold water for 2 hours, then remove the brain film. Boil water in a saucepan, put the brains in boiling water, salt and cook for 10 minutes.

Pig brains – 400 grams
Flour – 2 tablespoons
Chicken eggs – 2 pieces
Breadcrumbs – 1 tablespoon

How to cook an appetizer of pork brains
1. Boil the brains and cut into portions.
2. Salt and pepper pieces of boiled pork brains.
3. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat. Add flour and a little salt here – and beat again.
4. Pour the breadcrumbs into another bowl.
5. Heat up the pan, pour in the oil.
6. Dip each piece of pork brains alternately in an egg with flour, then in breadcrumbs – and put in a frying pan.
7. Fry the brains for 3 minutes on each side.

Onion – 1 head
Cucumber – 1 piece
Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
Mustard – 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice – from half a lemon
Salt and pepper – to taste

How to cook a salad with pork brains
1. Boil and cool the pork brains, cut into cubes.
2. Boil chicken eggs , finely chop.
3. Wash the cucumber and cut into strips.
4. Peel and cut the onion into half rings.
5. Mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and seasonings – and fill them with vegetables, eggs and brains.
