1. Select chokeberry and wash, dry, grind into puree.

How to cook fruit drink from chokeberry and cranberry
1. Sort the chokeberry, bad berries, remove twigs, wash the berries.
2. Sort fresh cranberries, clean from bad berries and twigs, do not defrost frozen before cooking.
3. Put blackberries, cranberries in a saucepan, pour a liter of water, cover the saucepan with a lid.
4. Place the pot with chokeberry and cranberries over medium heat, bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low, cook cranberry-chokeberry juice for 10 minutes, if using dried chokeberry, cook longer – until the berries are soft.
6. Remove the sauce pan from the stove.
7. Remove the berries from the juice with a slotted spoon, transfer them to a sieve.
8. Using a spoon, grind the chokeberry and cranberries into a puree.
9. Transfer the berry puree back to the saucepan.
10. Place the saucepan with juice on medium heat, let it boil.
11. Boil juice for 1 minute.
12. Remove fruit drink from the burner, open the lid, let the fruit drink cool to a warm state.
13. Put honey in a saucepan with warm (but not hot) juice, mix or put honey in warm juice already poured into cups.
