How to fry potatoes with mushrooms
Ingredients
Fresh forest mushrooms – half a kilo
Onions – 1 large head
Potato – 700 grams
Vegetable oil – 5 tablespoons
Parsley – 1 small bunch
Salt – to taste
How to fry potatoes with mushrooms
Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat a frying pan, add oil, put onions and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat without a lid.
Coarsely chop the mushrooms, add to the onion, fry for 15 minutes over medium heat without a lid. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices half a centimeter thick.
Heat another frying pan, add oil and add potatoes. Fry over medium heat without a lid for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine potatoes with mushrooms, stir, salt, pepper, add finely chopped parsley. Cover the pan with potatoes and mushrooms with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
