How to fry potato pancakes with minced meat in a frying pan
Minced meat, if frozen, defrost. Peel and finely chop the onion, crush a little with your hands to give juice. Mix the minced meat, onion, 1 chicken egg, part of the salt and seasonings in a bowl with your hands.
Peel the potatoes and grate on a fine grater, let the potato juice drain. Add 2 chicken eggs and mix until smooth. Add flour, salt and mix well.

– Draniki is not the only name for grated potato pancakes. In Israel, for example, it is called latkes, and in Russia there are such names for potato pancakes as kakorki, teruny, terunets, terunki. In Ukraine, potato pancakes are called potato pancakes, potato pancakes and kremzliks. And in translation from Swedish, the word that sounds “dranik” is translated as “bristled monk”.
