6. Fry nelma for 5 minutes on one side, then turn the meat over and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Peel and rinse 1 head of onion. Holding the onion firmly in your hand, cut it into rings.
8. In a separate frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and put the onion, fry the onion rings for 3 minutes, until golden brown.
9. Put the fried onion out of the pan.
10. Wash 4 tomatoes with cold water, cut in half, salt and pepper.
11. Put the cut down in the pan where the onion was previously fried.
11. Fry the tomatoes for 3 minutes.
12. Put nelma in a separate plate, put onion rings on top, and halves of fried tomatoes on the sides.
13. Wash the greens and chop finely.

How to fry nelma
1. 800 grams of fish fillet wash, cut into pieces without removing skin.
2. Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl.
3. Rinse and chop the parsley.
4. Place the pieces of fish in an enamel bowl. Add 2 pinches of salt, pepper, vegetable oil, lemon juice.
5. Sprinkle the contents of the container with fresh parsley, remove the container with nelma in a cool place for 30 minutes.
6. Lubricate the grate with melted butter, set it over hot coals and put pieces of fish on it.
7. Cook the fillet on the grill for 25 minutes, turning the nelma every 4 minutes.
8. Remove the fish from the grill and put it on a plate.
9. Cut the fourth part of the lemon into slices and decorate the fried nelma with it when serving.
