Before cooking, peel dorado from scales, but do not remove the skin, gut it. Put the whole dorado carcass in a pot of boiling water, add spices and salt, cook for 10 minutes . Or boil the dorado in your own juice, tightly tying the fish with spices in a plastic bag. For a couple – in a slow cooker and a double boiler – cook the sea bream for 15 minutes .
Soup with dorado and shrimps
Dorado – 1 fish
Peeled shrimp – 400 grams
Onions – 1 head
Garlic – 2 cloves
Potatoes – 400 grams
Lemon – 1 piece
Salt, thyme, black pepper, lavrushka – to taste
How to cook dorado soup with shrimp Peel the dorado
from the bones, remove the head. Boil the bones and head of the fish for 30 minutes, then remove the head and bones. Add salt and seasonings.
Clean and cut the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it for 5 minutes. Cut and chop the garlic, add to the onion and saute for another 2 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to the pan with the dorada broth.
Cut the dorado into cubes with a side of 2 centimeters, add to the pan. Cook for about 5 more minutes.
Add shrimp and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve with lemon juice.

Tomatoes – 3 pieces
Greens – 30 grams
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

How to cook soup with sea bream and vegetables
Separate the bones and head from the sea bream. Boil bones and head for 30 minutes, then remove bones and head.
Peel and chop the onion, chop the celery thinly, peel and chop the potatoes and zucchini.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add onion, saute for 5 minutes. Add celery, fry for 5 more minutes.
Add fried vegetables to the pan, along with potatoes and zucchini.
Chop the fish and add to the soup, then add the chopped tomatoes. Serve soup with chopped herbs.
