Roast Turkey Rules

The easiest and fastest way to fry a turkey is to cut the fillet into pieces with a side of 2-3 centimeters, put it on a hot frying pan poured with oil and salt and add spices during frying. Fry 1 layer of fillet pieces for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly – so that the pieces are fried on all sides. Then cover the pan with a lid and simmer. Optionally, you can add cream, sour cream, tomato or soy sauce – then the turkey will be immediately with the sauce, which can also be served with a side dish.

Turkey meat is a very environmentally friendly product, so even when frying turkey fillet pieces for 10-15 minutes, the meat can already be eaten. To make the turkey pieces softer, you can cover the pan with a lid after frying and stew the meat for 3-4 minutes.

Turkey fillets are fried in a pan, cut into large layers – steaks, or chopped into pieces with a side of 2-4 centimeters. Whole drumsticks and turkey wings are fried less often – they are very large in size, so they will fit a little in the pan and fry them should be cooked for a very long time.

Before frying a turkey, you can marinate it for 15 minutes in a sauce or marinade.
