Marinate the shark meat before frying. Fry for 10 minutes on each side.
How to fry shark steaks
1. Shark is a large fish, so the shark is pre-cut into small steaks.
2. The shark can be fried without pickling, but the shark will acquire a special flavor and softness only with preliminary pickling.
3. The shark is fried in any vegetable oil – olive, corn or sunflower.
4. Shark steaks can be breaded or battered beforehand.

Frozen shark steaks – 2 steaks, each weighing 200 grams
Lime – 2 pieces
Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
Coriander – 1 teaspoon with a slide
Chili pepper – 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 6 tablespoons
How to fry a shark
1. Defrost shark steaks, if they are frozen.
2. Rinse the shark steaks and pat dry.
3. Drizzle the shark with the juice of 1 lime, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Rinse the fish and dry again.
5. Put the shark in a bowl, pour over with oil, soy sauce, sprinkle with chili and coriander.
6. Wash lime, dry, cut into rings, put on top.
7. Cover and put the shark in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
8. Heat up the pan, pour in the oil.
9. Put the steaks in the pan, fry for 5 minutes.
10. Turn the steaks over and fry for another 5 minutes.
