How to fry ice fish
Products
Ice fish – half a kilo
Wheat flour – 2 tablespoons
Onion – 2 heads
Lemon – half
Vegetable oil – 100 grams
Dry white wine – 3 tablespoons
Dill – a few sprigs
Ginger root – on the tip of a knife
Turmeric – on the tip of a knife
Hot red pepper – on the tip of a knife
Salt – to taste
How to fry ice fish
If the fish is small, fry it without processing. If the fish is large, then remove the skin, cut off the head and tail, gut, clean the fillet from the skin and spine and rinse. Grate the fish with a mixture of salt and spices, roll in flour. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Preheat a frying pan, add oil, put the fish in and fry the fish over medium heat without a lid for 10 minutes. Transfer the fish to a platter. Peel the onion and cut into half rings, put in a pan with oil and fish juice, fry for 10 minutes. Add the fried fish, pour in the wine and simmer for 5 minutes under the lid.

Egg whites – from 2 eggs
Parsley and dill – 3 tablespoons each
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Rosemary and thyme – on the tip of a knife
Salt – to taste
How to cook ice fish
Cut off the heads of ice fish and fins, gut and rinse well. Grate the ice fish with a mixture of spices and salt. In a bowl, beat the egg white, flour and salt.
Heat up a frying pan, add oil. Dip the fish in batter and fry on each side for 10 minutes. Serve ice fish with chopped herbs.
