How delicious to fry crab sticks
Crab sticks – 1 pack 300 grams
Chicken egg – 2 pieces
Garlic – 2 cloves
Sour cream – 3 tablespoons
Cheese – 200 grams
Flour – 3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Salt and spices – to taste
How to fry crab sticks in batter
Garlic clean and finely chop. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, put in a bowl, add sour cream, garlic, salt and spices, mix well.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add flour and 2 tablespoons of water, mix until a homogeneous consistency without lumps. Gently unfold the crab stick, put the cheese and sour cream filling inside, wrap the crab stick.
Heat up a frying pan, add oil. Dip each stick in the batter and place in the pan. Fry for 10 minutes, turning the crab sticks every 3 minutes.
– Before frying , crab sticks can be sprinkled with lemon juice and left to marinate for 10 minutes.
– Instead of or together with batter, when frying crab sticks, you can use breadcrumbs .
