How long to fry beef skewers

Grill the beef skewers for 10 minutes on each side.

Soft beef skewers

Beef – 1 kilogram (back part, tenderloin)
Kefir – 1/3 cup
Mustard – 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper – to taste

How to marinate
1. Wash the beef, let it drain with water, cut into pieces.
2. Put the meat in a wide bowl, pour in kefir and mustard, salt.
3. Stir so that the marinade is soaked evenly, cover and put in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

How to Roast
1. Prepare medium-heat coals.

3. Fry on one side for 10 minutes, then turn over and fry for another 10 minutes.

4. Marinate for 1 hour.

for 1 kilogram of meat
Garlic – 5 teeth
Lemon – 1 piece
Onion – 1 head
Chili pepper – 1 piece
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

How to marinate
1. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze both parts into the meat.
3. Cut the lemon peel and pomace and add to the meat.
4. Add salt.
5. Peel and chop the onion coarsely.
6. Wash the chili pepper and chop coarsely.
7. Pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
8. Stir the marinade into the meat, marinate for 1 hour.
