How to boil soft-boiled quail eggs
1. Boil water in a saucepan until medium bubbling – about 3 centimeters, this is enough for all the eggs to be completely immersed in it and cooked evenly.
2. Put the quail eggs in a saucepan, set the heat to medium so that the quail eggs bounce slightly in the water. 3. Wait from 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the desired degree of wrinkling. 4. Quail eggs by seconds
For the purity of the experiment, eggs of the same size were taken, all of them were placed simultaneously in boiled water. After boiling the water again, every 30 seconds, one egg was caught from the pan. Here are all of them in order, sectional view: Egg after 30 seconds of cooking: the egg can be called almost raw, the protein has taken shape a little, but only at the walls of the shell. However, it is this time that is enough in order not to become infected with salmonellosis.
Egg after 1 minute: the white has thickened, the yolk is a little formed, but partly flows.
Egg after 1.5 minutes: slightly formed protein, the yolk does not flow and has a viscous consistency.
Egg after 2 minutes of cooking: fully formed protein, the yolk does not flow and has a thick consistency.
Eggs after 3 minutes: the egg is boiled in the bag.
