“Saury natural” – 2 cans
Rice – 4 tablespoons (100 grams)

How to cook saury soup
1. Open 2 cans of natural saury. 2. Rinse rice: for this, place 4 tablespoons of cereal in a bowl of water; stir and drain the water – repeat 2 times.
3. Thoroughly wash 2 root potatoes, one carrot, one tomato and a bunch of greens.
4. Peel potatoes and carrots, remove outer dry scales from onions.
5. Cut potatoes into cubes.
6. Grate carrots (coarsely on a grater).
7. Dip the tomato for a minute in boiling water, then pour over with cold water. Remove the skin, cut into cubes.
8. Cut a bunch of dill and parsley.
9. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, heat to a boil.
10. Add potatoes and rice to the pot, cook for 15 minutes.
11. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan, heat for a minute, add onions and carrots.
12. Make medium heat and fry vegetables for 3 minutes.
13. Add a tomato to the pan. Fry and stir for 2 minutes.
14. Add the fried vegetables to the pan. Place the contents of canned fish there.
15. Add a tablespoon of salt, ten peppercorns and two bay leaves to the soup.
16. Stir the saury soup and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add chopped greens, cover the pan with a lid. Let the soup brew for 10 minutes.
