Cloudberry – 1 kilogram
Sugar – 1 kilogram
Water – half a glass

How to cook cloudberry jam
1. Select slightly unripe red berries for jam.
2. Peel the berries from leaves and stalks, rinse.
3. Pour water into the pan, put on fire.
4. Pour sugar into warm water, dissolve it, boil the syrup for 10 minutes.
5. Put the berries into the syrup and cook, stirring and removing the foam, for 30 minutes.
6. Pour hot jam into sterilized jars.
7. Cool the jam by wrapping it in a blanket and turning the jars upside down.
