How to make chicken ginger sauce
1. Rinse chicken fillet, cut into strips 0.5 cm thick, 2.5-3 cm long.
2. Peel the ginger, finely grate.
3. Put the meat in a bowl, squeeze the juice from a quarter of a lemon into it, mix.
4. Pour soy sauce, kefir into a bowl with meat, put grated ginger, pour black pepper, curry, mix.
5. Leave the meat to marinate for 4 hours.
6. Wash dill, chop.
7. Peel the onion, cut into small squares.
8. Wash, peel, chop the carrots into strips a few millimeters thick, 2-3 centimeters long.
9. Peel the garlic, chop with a sharp knife.
10. Place the pan on a quiet fire, pour in the olive oil, heat for a few minutes.
11. Put the onion in the heated oil, fry for 3-5 minutes.
12. Add carrots, garlic to the onion, fry for another 5 minutes.
13. Put starch into the marinated chicken fillet, mix.
