How to cook caviar from beets

Beets – 1.5 kilograms
Carrots – 700 grams
Tomatoes – 700 grams
Garlic – 50 grams
Vegetable oil – 100 ml
Apple cider vinegar – 3 tablespoons
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste

How to cook caviar from beets
1. Wash beets, carrots and tomatoes. Peel beets and carrots.
2. Pass the garlic through a garlic press or finely chop with a knife.
3. Cut the tomatoes into 5 parts and grind to a puree using a meat grinder or blender and place in a separate deep bowl.
4. Pass carrots and beets through a fine grater.
5. Heat the pan, pour 100 ml of vegetable oil into it. Put the grated carrots and beets into the pan and fry for 10 minutes.
6. Place tomato puree in an enameled pan, add fried carrots and beets and crushed garlic to it. 7. Cook beetroot caviar over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Add salt, spices and apple cider vinegar to the dish, mix and simmer for another 5 minutes, loosely closing the lid.
9. Turn off the burner, cool the caviar and put the dish in bowls for consumption. Garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs.

1. Place the resulting mass of fried and chopped ingredients in a multicooker dish and cook in the “Stewing” mode for 45 minutes.
