Preparation

6. Drain excess water so that a little water remains, at the level of the beans.
7. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of flour (without a slide) and mix thoroughly.
8. Leave on low heat for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly – to thicken the mass.
9. Turn off the heat, add garlic and chopped cilantro. To mix everything.
10. Serve in a deep bowl as a side dish.

You can add sour cream or a little tomato paste to beans cooked in this way, season with oregano or cumin, the dish will have a richer taste and delicate aroma.
