Wild mushrooms clean, wash, boil ( do not pour out the mushroom broth) and chop coarsely. Do not cut small mushrooms. Peel the garlic and finely chop.
Wash the pork, cut off excess fat, cut into thin portions, stuff with garlic, grate with salt, pepper, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
Heat the butter in a frying pan, put the pork and fry the pork for 5 minutes on each side. Put the mushrooms in a pan with pork, pour in half a glass of mushroom broth, reduce the heat under the pan to a minimum and simmer the pork with mushrooms for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt and pepper to the dish, sprinkle with rosemary.
