How to cook mackerel
You will need – mackerel, water, salt, lemon, herbs and spices to taste
1. Mackerel, if it is frozen, defrost.

How to cook mackerel in a bag

It is better to buy whole mackerel for cooking – it is easy to clean it, even frozen, but whole fish will make more appetizing-looking dishes.
