How to make cabbage salad for the winter

Cabbage – 2 kilograms
Tomatoes – 1 kilogram
Carrots – 2 medium
Bell peppers – 2 large or 4 small (300 grams)
Garlic – 2 heads
Sunflower oil – half a glass
Salt – 2 heaped tablespoons
Sugar – half a glass
Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Vinegar 9% – 1 teaspoon

Preparation of products
1. Peel the cabbage from dry leaves, wash and wipe dry.
2. Cut the head of cabbage in half (ideally so as to slightly touch the stalk on one side).
3. Chop the cabbage into thin pieces of about 5×0.5 centimeters.
4. Put the cabbage in a bowl and mash a little.
5. Wash the tomatoes, pour over with boiling water and peel and finely chop.
6. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
7. Peel the sweet pepper from seeds and stalk and chop finely.
