Beef tenderloin – 500 grams

How to fry beef stroganoff
1. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
2. Heat the pan, pour in the oil and put the onion; fry, stirring regularly, 7 minutes.
3. Wash and dry the beef.
4. Cut the beef across the grain into 2 cm thick pieces.
5. Beat each piece of beef and cut into strips 5-6 centimeters long.
6. Put the beef in the pan to the onion, fry for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Mix sour cream with flour, add to meat and mix well.
8. Close the beef stroganoff with a lid, simmer for another 15 minutes, insist under the lid with the fire turned off for another 15 minutes.

Products
Beef – 500 grams
Onions – 1 head
Mushrooms (fresh champignons or boiled forest mushrooms) – 300 grams
Sour cream – 500 grams
French mustard – 3 tablespoons
Flour – 3 tablespoons
Parsley – half a bunch
Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
How to fry beef stroganoff with mushrooms
Peel the onions and thinly cut into half rings. Put a frying pan on the fire, heat it up, pour in the oil and put the onions in the frying pan. Fry the onion for 7-8 minutes over medium heat, without covering the pan with a lid.
Cut the beef, beat off a little and put it on the onion. Fry meat with onions for 5 minutes.
Cut the mushrooms into thin strips and put in a pan, fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then salt and pepper the meat, put the chopped dill and sprinkle the dish with flour. Mix well. Mix mustard with sour cream, cover beef stroganoff and mix well. Heat, avoiding boiling, and turn off the beef stroganoff.
Serve beef stroganoff with French fries, rice, pasta, buckwheat.
