Products
Squash – 2 pieces
Butter – 20 grams (2 tablespoons)
Hard cheese – 50 grams
Chicken eggs – 2 pieces
Breadcrumbs – 2 tablespoons with a slide
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Salt – to taste
How to fry squash
1. Wash two squash, wipe with a towel and peel them.
2. Cut them into plates of 5 mm thickness, salt.
3. Heat up a frying pan, pour vegetable oil.
4. Put the squash in the pan, fry in vegetable oil on both sides for 3 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool slightly.
5. Pass 50 grams of hard cheese through a coarse grater, grind with 20 grams of butter and one raw egg.
6. Smear the resulting mass on one plate of the squash, and then cover the other.
