How to fry pork schnitzel

Pork tenderloin – 400 grams
Flour – 120 grams
Crackers (crushed crackers can be) – 120 grams
Baking powder or soda – on the tip of a knife
Egg – 1 piece
Salt – to taste
Vegetable oil – 50 grams
Butter – 50 grams

How to fry pork schnitzel on frying pan
1. If the meat is frozen, it must be thawed in the refrigerator.
2. Clean thawed or fresh pork tenderloin from veins, films, fat, wash.
3. Dip the meat with paper towels to dry it.
4. Cut the tenderloin across the fibers into four plates 1.5 centimeters thick.
5. Cover each layer of meat with cling film or a plastic bag, beat well with a kitchen hammer, bottle or handle of a large knife.
6. Wipe the chops again with paper towels.
7. Break the washed egg into one container, beat a little with a fork.
8. Pour a pinch of baking powder or soda into the egg, mix.
9. Pour flour into the second bowl.
10. Pour breadcrumbs into the third bowl.
11. Dip each schnitzel whole in flour, then in an egg, then in breadcrumbs.
12. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.
13. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and put a piece of butter, heat the oil until smoke appears.
14. Put the schnitzels on the pan.
15. Fry the schnitzels on each side for 5 minutes, in the middle of cooking, salt the meat, sprinkling salt on top of the schnitzels.

How to cook chopped schnitzel
1. Defrost frozen meat before cooking and rinse in cold water.
2. Cut the meat into small cubes with a side of 0.5 cm.
3. Add raw eggs and chopped onion to minced meat, salt and pepper. Mix well.
4. Form schnitzels 1 centimeter thick.
5. Heat up the pan, add vegetable oil.
6. Put the chopped schnitzels into the pan.
