How long to fry haddock in a pan

Fry a whole haddock in a frying pan for 10 minutes on each side over medium heat without a lid.

How to fry haddock in a pan
Haddock, if frozen, thaw, peel, gut and rinse well. After that, wipe the fish with a napkin, cut into portions and rub with salt and seasonings.
Pour flour into a bowl, pour flour onto a work surface (board or table) and even out flour. Roll each piece of haddock in flour and place on a work surface.
