Fry a whole haddock in a frying pan for 10 minutes on each side over medium heat without a lid.
Fry the haddock fillet for 5 minutes on each side.
How to fry haddock
Haddock – 1 kilogram
Flour – 3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Salt and seasonings for fish – to taste
Lemon – half
How to fry haddock in a pan
Haddock, if frozen, thaw, peel, gut and rinse well. After that, wipe the fish with a napkin, cut into portions and rub with salt and seasonings.
Pour flour into a bowl, pour flour onto a work surface (board or table) and even out flour. Roll each piece of haddock in flour and place on a work surface.
Preheat the pan, pour in the oil, put the pieces of haddock so that they do not touch in the pan. Fry haddock for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve fried haddock garnished with lemon wedges.
How to fry haddock in batter
fillet – half a kilo Chicken
egg – 1 piece Sour cream
– 2 tablespoons
Flour – 2 tablespoons
Salt and seasonings – to taste
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons beat with a whisk or mixer until there are no lumps. Wash the haddock fillet, wipe it with a napkin, cut into portioned pieces (about 6×6 centimeters), salt and season each piece. Heat the frying pan, pour in the oil, dip each piece of haddock in the batter and place in the frying pan. Fry haddock in batter on each side for 7 minutes.
