How to fry coral mushrooms

coral mushrooms – 30 grams
Onions – 1 head
Chicken eggs – 2 pieces
Cucumber – 2 pieces
Raw smoked sausage (can be replaced with boiled peppered meat or poultry) – 50 grams
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1 tablespoon
Ground black pepper – on the tip of a knife

7. Boil chicken eggs, cool, peel and finely chop.
8. Wash, cut and chop cucumbers into thin strips.
9. Cut the raw smoked sausage into cubes.
10. Put the fried coral mushrooms in a bowl, add eggs, cucumbers and smoked sausage.
11. Stir the salad, add salt and pepper to taste, season with sour cream or sauce.

– The name “coral” mushroom is due to the similarity in appearance with a branch of coral with the only visual difference – coral mushrooms, as a rule, have a spherical appearance. Other names are snow mushroom, blackberry (blackberry), royal, inier and others. In ancient China, the mushroom was even called “Royal” for its healing properties.
