Calf’s heart — 1 pc. (about half a kilo)
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
Onions – 1 piece
Carrots – to taste
Celery – to taste
Sour cream – 3 tablespoons

How to cook a salad with veal heart
Cut the boiled veal heart into strips, red onion into half rings, medium-sized tomato. Finely chop the celery. Put the ingredients into a bowl. Season with oil, squeeze the lemon juice, add salt and seasonings and mix. Serve salad garnished with greens.
