How to cook lentil soup
Rinse lentils, pour into a saucepan. Pour cold water and put on a quiet fire. Boil lentils for 15 minutes after boiling. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into 1.5 cm cubes.

Preparation of Lentil Cream Soup
1. Rinse 1 cup of lentils in a colander.

10. Add carrots, onions and garlic to the saucepan, fry for 7 minutes, stirring.
11. Add lentils, parsley, cream cheese, cream, half a teaspoon of salt to the saucepan, mix and heat for 5 minutes.
12. Grind the contents of the saucepan with a blender, warm up for 2 minutes. Lentil cream soup is ready.
