How to cook dolichos
You will need – dolichos, water
1. Dolichos after eight hours of soaking, remove from the water in which the beans were soaked.
2. Gently rinse dolichos in fresh water.
3. Pour fresh water into a separate saucepan so that it can completely cover dolichos, place on medium heat, wait for it to boil.
4. Reduce heat to low.
5. Put dolichos in boiling water, cook without a lid for two hours over low heat – add boiling water when the liquid boils away.
6. Salt when dolichos is almost ready – 5 minutes before readiness.
7. Remove the finished dolichos beans from the water with a slotted spoon or put them in a colander.
How to cook soup with dolichos
Products
Pork – 500 grams
Dolichos – 1 cup 300 milliliters
Tomatoes – 2 medium tomatoes
Onions – 1 medium-sized head
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Lemon – 1 piece
Garlic – 4 teeth
Ground black pepper – half a teaspoon
Salt – a tablespoon
How to cook soup with dolichos
1. Soak dolichos in water.
2. Pour 4 liters of water into a saucepan, put defrosted pork meat and dolichos, cook for 1.5 hours.
3. Salt the broth.

How to cook dolichos in a slow cooker
