How to cook black rice
You will need – 1 cup black rice, 3 cups water
1. Pour black rice into a bowl.
2. Pour water over black rice so that the water completely covers the black rice.
3. Cover the rice and leave to soak for 10 hours.
4. Drain the water.
5. Pour water into a saucepan – 3 cups of water per 1 cup of black rice.
6. Put a saucepan of water on the fire, bring the water to a boil and salt.
