Pangasius – 500 grams fillet
Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons

How to fry
1. Pangasius fillet, if it is frozen, defrost, wash and dry with a napkin.
2. Put the pangasius fillet on a cutting board, cut into portions.
3. Put the pangasius fillet in a deep bowl.
4. Squeeze out the lemon juice, pour over the pangasius.
4. Sprinkle pangasius with salt and pepper.
5. Cover the pangasius and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for half an hour.
6. Pour flour into a bowl.
7. Heat up the pan, pour in the oil.
8. Roll the pieces of pangasius in flour and put in a pan.
9. Fry the pangasius for 5 minutes, then turn over and fry for another 5 minutes.

Salt – 1 teaspoon
How to fry
1. Pour orange juice into a deep plate, squeeze lemon, soy sauce and finely chopped garlic.
2. Defrost the pangasius fillet, rinse and cut into portions.
3. Salt pangasius, put in a citrus mixture, cover and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
4. Pour 2 tablespoons of flour into the dish.
5. Heat the pan, pour in the oil, put the pangasius.
6. Fry the pangasius fillet over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
