Talkan in the form of porridge is prepared as follows: for 1 serving in 0.5 cups of water, gradually add 2-3 tablespoons of dry cereals. Add a little salt, cook until soft and the cereal swells. If there is no problem of excess weight, you can add milk, cream, butter. After cooking, let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
