How to stew vindaloo
1. Rinse the pork in cool running water, cut into pieces of arbitrary shape about 2 centimeters thick.

16. In the second part of the spice mixture, put sugar, 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar, mix.
17. Add green pepper and the second part of the spice mixture to the pan with vegetables, mix, fry for 2 minutes.
18. Put pieces of meat on spices in a pan, fry for 10 minutes, constantly stirring.
19. Pour 300 milliliters of boiling water into the pan with meat, cover, simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.
