How to fry nettles for a side dish

Nettle – half a kilo
Vegetable (ideally – olive) oil – 3 tablespoons
Provence herbs – 1 tablespoon

Wash nettle and dry a little, finely chop. Heat up a frying pan. Pour the oil, roll it over the entire surface of the pan. Put nettles in a pan, salt, sprinkle with seasonings, mix and simmer under a lid over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Nettle – 200 grams
Chicken eggs – 4 pieces
Tomatoes – 2 pieces
Onion – 1 small head
Cheese “Russian” – a cube with a side of 3 centimeters
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Salt and spices – to taste
How to cook eggs with nettles
Onions clean and finely chop. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel and finely chop.
Heat a frying pan, pour oil, put onion, fry it for 5 minutes over medium heat under a lid. Add nettles, tomatoes, mix and close the lid; simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. Break the eggs into a bowl, stir the whites with the yolks and pour over the nettles, mix. Salt and pepper scrambled eggs with nettles, sprinkle with grated cheese. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the eggs for 10 minutes.
