How to fry meatballs
1. Wash and peel potatoes.

10. Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan, heat over medium heat until bubbles appear.

How to make meatball sauce
12. Pour the beef broth into a saucepan, wait until it boils.
13. Strain the broth, pour in soy sauce, warm cream, add half a teaspoon of pepper, salt, slowly add a tablespoon of flour, mix.
14. Drizzle meatballs with cream sauce before serving.
How to fry meatballs in a slow cooker
1. Form round meatballs with a diameter of 3-5 centimeters.
2. Pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, set the “Baking” mode.
3. Put the meatballs into the bowl, fry for 10 minutes without closing the bowl.

– If desired, mashed feta cheese or grated hard cheese, chopped mint, basil, parsley, garlic, shallots can be added to minced meatballs.
