How to cook Korean-style rice
1. Pour the rice into a sieve and rinse well for a couple of minutes, rubbing the rice with your hands.
2. Let the water drain and transfer the rice to the pan.
3. Pour rice with 2.5 cups of cold water and put on a strong fire.
4. Cook rice in Korean until boiling and then simmer for 1 minute over high heat.
5. Reduce heat and cook rice for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
